Family & Community Engagement (FACE)

St Joseph's Catholic School's Family and Community Engagement (FACE) Network is inclusive and all parents are welcome and encouraged to attend gatherings when they can.

The Network exists to:

• form a link between the parents and friends of the school and school staff
• provide a forum to discuss matters of interest and concern, and
• foster the welfare and progress of the school — students, families and staff

The role that is often seen to be the most obvious for the Network is that of fundraising. It is indeed true that the school is significantly supported by this group's fundraising activities, but this is not its only function; St Joseph's Catholic School's FACE Network provides support for the school community in areas such as social gatherings, information evenings, school maintenance and development of facilities.

It is important to remember that this is your school. Its success will depend on the level of commitment and involvement you are prepared to contribute.
